TikTok. We link to our TikTok profile from the site, but we do not deploy a TikTok tracking pixel — TikTok is a social-media profile link only.

Sharing With the Agent Who Represents Us

RobinOffer is your single point of contact. To evaluate your home and complete the purchase, we work with a licensed North Carolina real estate broker who represents RobinOffer as our agent in the transaction. Here is how that works in plain language:

• Your contract is with RobinOffer. The broker acts on RobinOffer’s behalf — as our representative — to help us evaluate, negotiate, and close on your home.
• To do that work, the broker receives the details of the transaction (such as your property address and the numbers) under written terms, solely to represent us in the purchase.
• The broker is contractually prohibited from contacting you for their own purposes, from reusing or marketing to your information, and from selling it. We do not sell your information, and we never hand it to a list of investors to bid on your home.

Service Providers

We share information with the vendors that run our service on our behalf — for example email and SMS delivery, hosting, and the analytics and advertising tools listed above. They may use your information only to perform their work for us.

Legal and Business Transfers

We may disclose your information if required by law or a valid request from a public authority, to protect our rights and the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
